Below, a reminder that there is more to Rossnowlagh than surf, sand and sea. It is also a farming community committed to environmental protection and general good neighbourliness. People who have had cars stuck in the sand with tides rising fast have experienced the helpfulness of local farmers and their tractors who have arrived at the critical moment to do a tow out.
This tractor and its driver go twice a day to fodder and care for cattle at the BoorTree Farm Trail down beyond CarraigFad.
