Photos above and below - my camera didn't catch the dolphin jumping but did get the splash ring he left behind on the surface.

The sea is flat with small 1 foot sets rising close to the beach with a force 2 southeasterly cross/offshore breeze. If you are in Rossnowlagh today, watch for the lone dolphin cruising the bay. He was about opposite to the surf club a while ago.
