The sea is flat with a light force 1 southwesterly cross/onshore breeze. Look out for a pod of 5-6 killer whales spotted cavorting in Rossnowlagh bay this morning before heading west, to Bundoran or Mullaghmore, maybe. Unfortunately my little panasonic doesn't have enough zoom to pick them up.
